art.13 of UE Regulation 679/2016 General regulation on data protection
 
a) Who we are and our contacts:

all with registered offices in Gaggio di Marcon (VE) 30020 Via Fratelli Bandiera 7, as joint data controller (hereinafter jointly, the "Co-holders" or the "Companies") pursuant to art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016 on the protection of personal data and the Code concerning the processing of personal data provide you with the following information.
 
b) Why we collect your data:
The data you provide us - through the "Contacts" area of ​​the www.lagardere-tr.it website or through the other contact channels made available by the Companies (in particular your name, e-mail or telephone contact) - will be used to respond to your report or request for information.

Your consent is not necessary to be able to manage your report or request for information pursuant to art. 6, lett. b) of the Regulations.
 
d) What data is required:
Through the "Contacts" area (or the other contact channels of the Companies) you are free to describe your requests for information or needs but we ask you not to indicate data that refers to your particularly intimate and private situations (eg that you refer to his state of health, religious orientation, etc.).
 
e) How we process your data:
Your data will be processed mainly via computerized ways to manage your request and be able to contact you again. The data will be processed in compliance with the regulations in force and, in any case, so as to guarantee their security and confidentiality and prevent their disclosure or unauthorized use, alteration or destruction.
 
f) How long we keep your data:
Your data will be processed and stored for the time necessary to properly handle your request and allow us to improve our service; after which they will be deleted.

Your data will not be disclosed and will be able to become aware, for the management of your report / request, of the persons authorized to treat the Sales, Marketing & Development Department and the Departments or external subjects from time to time interested in the management of your reports.
Your data may also become known, as an external data processor, of companies that - within the scope of their respective knowledge - provide us with useful services for the management of our IT systems and our Site. The names of all external managers of the treatment can be requested by sending a message to email.

- receive your personal data in a structured format, commonly used and readable by an automatic device;

i) Who can you contact to make a complaint:
We remind you that, if you believe that the processing that concerns you violates the provisions of the Regulation, you can always lodge a complaint with the authority for the protection of personal data (www.garanteprivacy.it), or, if different, with Guarantor authority of the member country in which you habitually reside, jobs or, finally, of the place where the alleged violation occurred.
