deCanto reopens its doors with a new look, paying homage to tradition with authentic local wines and flavours

Venice, 06 April 2023 - Lagardère Travel Retail Italia is excited to announce the reopening of deCanto, the refined wine bar located at Venice's Marco Polo airport which, after a complete renovation, is ready to reopen its doors presenting a great novelty: the partnership with Villa Sandi, a historic winery in Valdobbiadene, where the cultivation of vines and the production of fresh, fragrant bubbles is a centuries-long tradition.

With an undiminished passion for local tradition and a mission to promote the excellence of the territory, deCanto is now ready to welcome its guests into an even more comfortable environment, a space capable of providing travellers with an immersive experience of the excellence of the Veneto region, connecting different people and cultures, and becoming a meeting point for international visitors.

One of the great novelties of the deCanto wine bar is the menu, rich in meat, fish and vegetarian dishes, which can be enjoyed in pairing with wines selected by Villa Sandi, combining complementary flavours, with the aim of enhancing the dining experience.
