We are also pioneering new and more responsible concepts such as the Aelia Duty Free eco-store in Geneva, which has been designed to embed high standards of sustainability, from store materials and furnishings up to the product offering.

Alipay, Apple Pay, WeChat Pay (from 20 December 2018 active in Ajisen Ramen, from January 2019 active in all Rome and ADF VCE1 sales points).

Pre-ordering via WeChat

Through our WeChat account it is possible to make an online pre-order using a 10% discount on the purchase. The service is active only at the Aelia Duty Free shop in Rome.

Click & Collect

The Click&Collect service allows travelers to consult our assortment on our website with maximum comfort from their home computer or smartphone before departure, being able to pre-order the products online before departure and withdrawing them directly at the store, in Venice, Naples and Rome during the journey, while also receiving an exclusive discount.
