Governance
The Italian companies of Lagardère Travel Retail Group have adopted a code of ethics which, in full compliance with the principles established by the Lagardère Group code of ethics, aims to define and communicate to its addressees the values and principles to which they must adhere in carrying out company activities.
Italian Legislative Decree No. 231 of 8 June 2001 introduced into the Italian legal system a corporate criminal liability regime for certain offences committed or attempted by an individuals in a top position or persons subject to the latter’s management or control, in the interest or for the benefit of the legal entity. The responsibility of the entities is excluded if they have adopted and effectively implemented, before the commission of crimes, organization, management and control models suitable to prevent those crimes.
In compliance with Legislative Decree 231/2001 and inspired by the guidelines provided by Confindustria, as well as in order to ensure correct and transparent conditions in the performance of company activities, the Italian companies of Lagardère Travel Retail Group have adopted their own organization, management and control model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001 and have designated a supervisory body (“organismo di vigilanza”).

Anticorruption
The Italian companies of Lagardère Travel Retail Group are strongly committed to preventing and fighting crimes that may occur in the course of their activity. In particular, the prevention of corruption represents for our Group not only a legal obligation but also one of the basic principles of our identity.
As a concrete implementation of our commitment in this area, the Lagardère Group has issued a new Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct, with the aim of making it easier to understand the principles and rules of integrity that guide our social activity.
