According to HR Best Practices Report Italy 2020, released by Top Employers Institute, the global certification body of corporate excellence in the HR field, Lagardère Travel Retail Italia has distinguished itself in facing the economic, social and relational difficulties deriving from the Covid-19 epidemic.
Moving on several levels, Lagardère Travel Retail Italia has implemented different strategies aimed to support its collaborators and create moments of meeting and virtual sharing during the lockdown period.
